Refund Policy

AuditPilot subscriptions are sold through our Merchant of Record — a third-party authorised reseller identified at checkout. Refunds are processed by the Merchant of Record in line with this policy and their buyer terms.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a new subscription. Contact us within this period and we will approve the refund.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual plans

For annual plans, the 14-day guarantee applies from the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, except where required by law.

4. Usage-based charges

Any metered or usage-based charges for services already consumed are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with your order reference, or use the receipt link provided at purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by the Merchant of Record, typically within 5–10 business days.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
