Prices are per user, in USD. Choose monthly or annual billing — annual saves ~20%. Plans renew automatically — monthly at month-end, annual at year-end. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We email 3 reminders before every renewal.
Local amounts are indicative — you are charged in USD at checkout; applicable tax and currency conversion are handled by our Merchant of Record.

What does the free version include?
One audit and one readiness project with the full manual checklist, NC → CAPA → closure tracking and a watermarked Word report. AI drafting needs a paid plan.
Can I get a refund?
There is no money-back window — that is what the free version is for. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy.
Does the AI decide conformity?
No. It drafts the wording, suggests a grade and names the document it relies on — or flags the finding as unsupported. Conformity, grading and certification are always the auditor's decision.
How is the Certification Body plan priced?
By the number of auditors and your annual audit volume, including template setup and onboarding. Email [email protected] for a written quote.
